Returns & Refunds

At Brandable, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorisation (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number may not be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.


If you are approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a fault with the product or an error on our part.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact our customer service team to arrange for a replacement.
